Description

Very spicy tomato pasta sauce

Ingredients

400Grampenne (integrale or normal)
1Canpizza tomatoes (500g)
1Cup ~240mlfresh basil (minced)
1Piece(s)small garlic (minced)
1Piece(s)small onion (minced)
2Piece(s)small red jalapeno peppers (minced)
1Tablespoonchili oil
 Teaspoonfresh pepper (optional to your taste)
 Teaspoonsalt (optional to your taste)

Instructions

Boil 4 liter salted water in a big pot and cook the penne al dente. Meanwhile heat the chili oil in a pan and put the onions in till they look glassy. Now add the red jalapeno peppers, the garlic, the pizza tomatoes and the basil. Cook everything on small heat and flavour to your own taste with salt and pepper. If the penne is al dente mix it with the sauce and serve it hot. Enjoy the Italian specialty!
