Ecopolitan is a non-profit organization that consists of a restaurant, juice bar, wine bar and eco-shop. The smoke-free restaurant offers healthy and sustainable dining by creating 100% uncooked, plant-based meals with 100% organically-grown ingredients and without additives, GMOs or toxic processing. The restaurant has a dine in menu and a take out menu. Menus are completely vegan, contain no refined sugars or flours, and are free of most common allergens such as wheat, corn, soy, dairy, eggs or peanuts.
