The Gentle Gourmet is a bed and breakfast that is run according to ecologically friendly and people-friendly principles using entirely cruelty-free products and materials. The generous gourmet breakfasts and optional dinners are 100% vegan, organic and seasonal. Offered each evening is either a fixed 3 or 4-course menu, or a cooking class with meal which includes all beverages for up to 8 guests. Available during Saturdays is the 50 euro 4-course gourmet meal; Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays is the 30 euro 3-course "bistrot" meal and Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays is the gourmet vegan cooking class with dinner sessions for 95 euros. The dinners are open not only to clients of the guest house but also to all people desiring a gourmet vegan experience. The Gentle Gourmet also provides vegan and raw food picnics to take out accompanied by a listing and map of the best picnic spots in Paris for all seasons and atmospheres. All special diets such as nut-free, gluten-free, salt-free and raw food can be catered to by prior reservation. Animal friends are welcome. Vegan animal food is also available.
