Gare du Nord is a fully organic vegan restaurant in a train carriage. The daily changing menu includes raw fare. All dishes are prepared using local, seasonal and organic ingredients. Some fruits and vegetables used in food preparation come from Gare du Nord's own garden and therefore have food kilometre ratings of less than 0.005. All materials used in the restaurant are recycled. Reservations are accepted.
