The Lotus-Heart is a vegetarian restaurant and tea house that offers a menu consisting of breakfast items, soups, burgers, pizzas, masala dosa, dal, samosa, sides, cakes, muffins, and more. Raw, vegan and gluten-free options are also offered. The drinks menu is extensive, comprised of unique and hard to find teas and tisanes, freshly squeezed juices, fabulous smoothies, superfoods, tonic elixirs, fairly traded coffee, organic herbal coffees, cultured drinks – kombucha, ginger beer and kefir – prepared on site, specialty drinks from around the globe, and much more. Only raw sugar, raw honey, whole milk, free-range eggs, organic natural salt and the healthiest oils are used in food preparation. Catering service is also offered.
