Hidden on one of Covent Garden's lesser known streets, The Poetry Café offers a vegetarian menu consisting of soup of the day served with bread and butter, tomato, feta and black olive salad, daily changing main meal, Greek platter served with warm pita bread, homemade desserts (cakes, fruit tarts, crumble), juices, hot chocolate, coffee, tea, and alcoholic drinks. The cafe has free wifi. Poetry readings are held in the cafe every night. The Poetry Café is not only a space for poetry and food, but also a gallery space for paintings, photographs, and prints - some poetry related, others are not.
