Description
Fuel Cafe Bar is a vegetarian cafe and independent music venue that has
established itself as an epicenter for great food, artists, poets, and
musicians. By day, the cafe is alive with a great menu consisting of
vegetarian food, Oreo milkshakes, smoothies, hot drinks, and a good selection
of bottled ales and ciders. By night, the upstairs room plays host to a
number of music, craft, and comedy events. A worthy mention is the Tuesday
night quiz, hosted by Manchester's very own Richard Barry, which is
definitely the highlight of the week.

God bless Fuel, the veggie jewel of South Manchester. The vegan options have improved of late, with cake now available most of the time, but you really can't beat it for a Sunday brunch or even a weekday burger and a pint. Lots of live music, and a fun time quiz, if you like that sort of thing. Lovely local veggie delight.
