Café Gratitude is a chain of 100% organic, plant-based restaurants specializing in gourmet cuisines. Menu consists of breakfast items, appetizers, salads, small plates, bowls, sandwiches and wraps, entrees (blackened tempeh bolognese, chef's seasonal pizza, Southern soul food, mole abuelita enchiladas, pad Thai kelp noodles, grilled polenta, stuffed whole wheat phyllo), sides, baked goods, desserts, and beverages (juices, spritzers, elixirs, wellness shots, tree nut milks, smoothies and shakes, coffee, tea, cocktails, beers, wines).
