Govinda is a smoke-free Indian vegetarian restaurant with a self-service system. Among those offered are a variety of salads, twenty different hot meals, sweets and non-alcoholic drinks. The restaurant is run by the local Hari Krishna-type group in Budapest. Proceeds from the restaurant support the group's efforts in feeding the homeless of the city through a monthly food giveaway.
