Village the Soul of India is a chain of restaurants themed around a village ambiance. Main courses include jeera pulao, khichdi, Gujarati kadhi, rajma masala, paneer chatpata, as well as a couple of Chinese dishes: veg hakka noodles and vegetable Manchurian gravy.
