Ha'Agas 1 is an organic vegetarian restaurant that offers a menu reminiscent of a traditional Middle Eastern-style restaurant. Menu includes quinoa salad with sun dried tomatoes, tehina salad with pumpkin, tofu and eggplant lasagna, organic hummus, organic veggie burger full of nuts, excellent stuffed dishes, whole wheat bread, fruit juices, Canaan natural beer, and more. Most dishes are truly vegan except for a few dishes that do contain ingredients such as organic eggs and goat yogurt. Dishes are made fresh to order. One can sit on the upper floor overlooking the street scenes, or just at the bar on the lower level.
