We are regular visitors to Valencia and so get to know the restaurants quite well. This used to be our favourite veggie restaurant in Valencia.(We tend to go to 'Oslo' nowadays.). But over the years, it has become much more expensive with much smaller portions. The food is still good quality, but not as nice as it used to be. They have changed their method of making each dish, and although still very nice, just not as good quality as it used to be. It is a very small place, so if going during the busy hours (from about 9pm-11pm and on weekends), I'd advise on making a booking in advance. Remember, like many places in Valencia, they have the annoying habit of closing on a Monday, out of all days of the week.

The seaweed salad is a must. Reminds me of my childhood days in Ireland when we used to eat seaweed on a daily basis. Also, if vegetarian (and not vegan), the moussaka is one of the best I've ever had. My mother, a total carnivore, raves about it. Also, try the local eco Valencian wines.
