Loving Hut is an international chain of vegan restaurants opened by followers of Supreme Master Ching Hai, an advocate for vegan living. The 100% plant-based menu consists of appetizers, salads, soups, burgers and sandwiches, special rice dishes, noodle dishes, protein entrees, chef's specials, desserts, and non-alcoholic drinks. All protein entrees are served with white or brown rice. Spicy dishes and those with gluten-free options are marked in the menu. On weekdays, a buffet is offered during lunch while an a la carte menu is provided for dinner. A buffet and an a la carte menu are offered all day on Saturdays. The restaurant takes reservations.
