Seva was "the" vegetarian restaurant to eat at for years. I have to say that it did not live up to the hype when I visited - but that doesn't mean it's not a great place to eat, it's just not the "be all end all" of veg food. It is still worth visiting if the wait for a table isn't too long. Portions are a little small for how much you pay, and I was not completely blown away by anything - but it's some quality food. They've been around for so long for a reason: consistently decent, wholesome vegetarian fare.
