Menu features brunch items, appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, housemade veggie burgers, Beyond burgers and brats, pizzas, calzones, pasta dishes, kids' meals, and desserts. All soups are vegan. Salads are made fresh to order and can be prepared vegan. Vegan sandwiches include buffalo tofu, philly steak, tempeh reuben, pulled "pork," carville po-boy, club, and classy lentil balls. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free pizzas are available. Customers can also create their own pizzas. Dishes with vegan and gluten-free options are marked in the menu. Brunch items are available on Sundays only. Lunch buffet is also offered on weekdays. Dough is made in-house daily. Local and non-genetically modified ingredients are used in food preparation. Food can be ordered for takeaway. To-go boxes are made from recycled materials while to-go cups are made from corn. All other items such as forks and plates are made from potato starch.
