Yalla Truck is a mobile food truck that offers vegetarian falafel sandwiches. Menu includes the vegan o.g. falafel with tahini sauce and pickled turnips, "falapolous" with Greek cucumber salad and tzatiki sauce, a spicy firestarter falafel dressed with shaata (chili paste and tahini), the black bean-sporting Southwest falafel, persuasion falafel dressed with sweet, semi-spicy Yalla peanut sauce and sesame seed, an Italian falafel, and a design-it-yourself option which includes four stuffers, one pickle and one sauce. Vegan options are also served. Everything is for takeaway only. Catering service is also offered.
