Papa G's Vegan Organic Deli is an all organic deli that offers an ever changing variety of vegan options. The deli has a hot entree bar that enables one to build his/her own plates and bowls; a salad bar consisting of house made dressings, deli salads, and tofu; a sandwich line that includes sandwiches, taco, nachos, and raw options; a deli case with deli salads and lots of raw options; a soup bar consisting of chili, mock chicken noodles, and curry dahl; and a ready to eat prepackaged tofu. The best local organic beers and wines are also offered. Only organic, local, and sustainable ingredients are used in food preparation. The deli also specializes in offering options for people with gluten, dairy, and other food allergies. Happy hour is held Mondays through Fridays from 17:00 to 19:00 with live music on Tuesday to Thursday, and Friday. Full catering service is also offered.
